1. as a result of occasional inventory complications, your specific piece may not be available. in that event we will either refund your money or help you select another piece... our entire liability never exceeds the amount actually paid by the retail customer...
2. we report theft of intellectual property., including knock-offs & forgeries of any brand...
3. by transmitting the images, you are verifying that own the rights to the images & you grant non-exclusive rights to corkyArts for its use or nonuse... if submitting a FASHIONISTA! pic, ensure it is an image of you... submittals of other people are not permitted...
